Our Purpose
The Greater Titusville Development Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt public charity created in
2014 to meet the need for a resource to connect community- and economic-development projects with private sources and donors.
The Foundation's leadership brings together diverse groups and voices to collaboratively
address the area's most pressing needs and accomplish common goals.
GTDF is able to accept tax-deductible donations from individuals, families, and businesses and
distribute them to qualified groups through grant making.
By combining donations from multiple sources and facilitating partnerships within the Greater Titusville area,
the Foundation promotes greater giving and efficient use of limited resources for maximum impact.

Downtown Titusville Facade Improvement Grant
The Greater Titusville Development Foundation (GTDF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides an avenue for concerned persons to donate funds to projects within the Titusville Area through tax deductible contributions. The GTDF Downtown Titusville Facade Improvement Project is one of many ways these donations are used to make our community a better place to live and visit. The benefits of this initiative are multiple. Project funding creates an incentive for private investment in downtown building restoration, increases property reinvestment, improves the downtown’s appearance and provides a pleasant atmosphere for citizens and visitors.
Our Board and Staff
The Greater Titusville Development Foundation is governed by a seven member volunteer Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides stewardship for GTDF and its charitable activities. They are chosen for their knowledge and commitment to the community’s needs.
