Downtown Facade Improvement Grants

The Facade Improvement Project provides a dollar-for-dollar match up to $5,000 to businesses investing in downtown building
facade improvements.
The goal of the project is to improve the appearance of downtown Titusville, creating a pleasant atmosphere that embraces the historical character of the Queen City.

Since 2016, GTDF has awarded $215,000 in Facade grants which led to $637,500 in improvements to our downtown!
Round 8 Facade grants were just awarded and announced.  Check out our Facade Page for more details!

Parks & Trail Development Fund

With grant money dedicated to the bike trail along with donations, GTDF was able to clean up the portion of the Queen City Trail that runs from Martin Street to Brown Street.  Brush was cleared, benches and bike racks were installed. The trail is lit up with 10 solar lights, and a beautiful mural was painted by local artist, Berry Breene.
